- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of light soy
- 10 g of grated ginger
- 10g of chillies finely chopped without seeds
- 5g of lime zest
- 5g of lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add whole steak and allow to marinade overnight.
Separate Steaks from the marinade the next day and cook to your liking on a high heat (e.g Medium-Rare).
As you fry the Ostrich Fillet Steaks Gradually pour the Marinade on top to keep the Steaks extra Tender.
Mix in a bowl and add whole steak allow to marinade. Seer steaks in a pan and poor marinade into the pan then pore on top of steak
