Our new and improved Overnight Oats recipe is made with a unique kefir blend, containing 13 different strains of live culture – great for gut-health and rich in protein.
The kefir is sourced from family-run Yorvale Dairy in the Vale of York, which makes this Overnight Oats meal the first product of its kind to be made with Yorkshire dairy produce!
How to prepare:
Defrost and GO – Take your oats out of the freezer and add them to your fridge. Allow up to 12 hours to fully thaw through. Simply take from the fridge and consume within 3 days of defrosting
Chef’s Top Tip – Top the breakfast off by adding diced fruit to the top for added flavour.
