The kefir is sourced from family-run Yorvale Dairy in the Vale of York, which makes this Overnight Oats meal the first product of its kind to be made with Yorkshire dairy produce!

Overnight Oats – Blueberry Blast

How to prepare:

Defrost and GO – Take your oats out of the freezer and add them to your fridge. Allow up to 12 hours to fully thaw through. Simply take from the fridge and consume within 3 days of defrosting

Chef’s Top Tip – Top the breakfast off by adding diced fruit to the top for added flavour.

Storage

Best kept frozen at -18ºC. Safe to defrost and store chilled for up to 3 days.
