CPL Guy Simpson has been using Gold Standard Nutrition products on and off for the past few years and recently, he decided to get back in shape for his wedding.
He wanted to diet hard to get to his prime after his stag do left him slightly out of shape and as a result, filmed the process of his meal prep and diet over the final few weeks leading up to the big day.
