Founded by Craig with a decommissioned van, a handful of second-hand freezers, and a simple belief that healthy food should be easy.

Today, we’ve sold over 10 million meals and supply 1,000+ locations across the UK, from gyms and convenience retail to Ocado, NHS sites and forecourts.

Our four core ranges, Pots, Wraps, Bites and Signature Meals, are all built to the same standard. High protein, low sugar, and ready in minutes.
