Salt & Pepper Chicken
I use this almost every day: whether it’s a quick chicken snack, a full family meal, or throwing it into fajitas for the lads. Perfect chicken every time in just 7 minutes in the air fryer, then simply add it to whatever dish you’re finishing off. Simple, reliable, and insanely versatile.
Panko Chicken Bites
Eating these feels like your mum and dad are taking you out for chicken nuggets. Highly addictive and a proper treat. In just 7–8 minutes in the air fryer you’ve got golden, crispy chicken that works with so many meals. I’ve used these at kids’ parties, catering events, or just on their own with a small side of sweet chilli sauce.
Chipotle Chicken
When I was on the road a lot, my go-to was always a southwest chipotle chicken salad in the summer, or a footlong in the winter. This flavour was inspired by that. Nobody has created a meal with this flavour profile, and I honestly think it’s criminally underrated. Easily a top 5 flavour and one of my regular go-tos.
Pasta Bolognese
THE GOAT. If I’m not eating one, one of my two kids is. A seriously tasty meal with 40g of protein. I especially love this one because it includes my secret chorizo recipe, which gives it that extra twist and depth of flavour.
Chicken Curry Egg Fried Rice
A huge 46g of protein with a curry sauce that takes your taste buds straight to the fish and chip shop. This pot is an OG and extremely reliable, it never lets you down.
Mac & Cheese
I can’t eat this regularly because of an intolerance to cow’s milk, but I would if I could! This flavour is quickly becoming a firm favourite with the GSN customer base, and I can completely see why.
Lamb Hot Pot
Where else can you get a high-protein lamb hot pot? This one’s a regular for me. We’ve cooked the potatoes to perfection, drained the fat from the lamb, finished it with a sprinkle of kale, and kept the flavour strong enough to rival a Sunday lunch, without all the guilt.
Katsu Curry
I honestly think I’ve eaten thousands of these. It’s a meal I could eat every day and never get bored of. Huge flavour, and our handmade panko chicken is the best in the business. I’d genuinely choose this over a Wagas.
Crispy Chicken Egg Fried Rice
I didn’t think anything could top the Katsu, and this is the closest thing to claiming that top spot. Less calories, slightly more protein, and it never lets you down. Absolute elite tier.
Fajita Wrap & Breakfast Wrap
Quick, easy meals for when I’m on the go, something I can eat in the car or have pre-workout without it sitting too heavy. These two are my favourites, although I could’ve easily picked others.
