With this Pot O Gold we offer you a truly Low Cal Chicken Tikka Masala!
Tikka Masala as we know and love it is rumoured to have been invented in Glasgow in the 1960’s, when to please a customer, a Bangladeshi chef hastily whipped up a spiced tomato sauce.
Our challenge: to honour this legendary curry – retaining its signature flavours – but bringing those health numbers into a range suitable for our portfolio.
There’s been nothing hastily whipped up here, our development team have macro-refined this low cal Chicken Tikka Masala, achieving green status in every category of the Food Standards Agency’s traffic light system.
“Green means low. The more green lights a label displays, the healthier the food is.” food.gov.uk
We’re proud to say that we’ve made this epic takeaway healthy! You’ll only have to wait 7 minutes for the pleasure; no app-watching your local delivery driver doing laps of the ring road while your order gets cold in his boot.
