Lauren’s top tips for Hyrox success

With multiple races under her belt, Lauren shares the lessons that make the biggest difference on competition day:

  • Discipline and consistency. Show up every week and put in the work. The dedication pays off when it matters.

  • Fuel, recovery and sleep. These are just as important as training itself. Eat properly, prioritise carbs and good macros, fuel with GSN meals, and never underestimate the power of a full night’s rest.
