Initially we take a look at how many calories you would burn in a day with little to no movement, this is known as your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).
After this we take a look at how much extra energy you burn in a day to calculate your Physical Activity Level (PAL). By multiplying your BMR x PAL we can calculate your energy requirements needed to maintain weight.
Once you’ve filled out some basic information, we’ll work our magic and email you the results and take you through the GSN Life process.
